Regarding the latter, I especially liked Joe Graham, the crafty, highly intelligent one-armed PI, who schools our main character in the art of detection.and life. For the past 2 years, PCB moved the distribution outdoors to provide a safe process for seniors and volunteers. In 2021, Project Cool Breeze (PCB) provided over 500 fans and/or air conditioner units to seniors within the Lowcountry and surrounding areas during pandemic.
